Mrs. McGraw is an attorney in the firm’s Charleston office. Originally from St. Marys, Georgia, Mrs. McGraw spent a portion of her childhood in Charleston, SC.

Mrs. McGraw graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. She graduated magna cum laude from the Charleston School of Law in 2021 obtaining her juris doctor and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar that same year. In law school, Mrs. McGraw was member of the Presidential Honor Society, the MALABU Law Bulletin, and served as an academic fellow. She was a CALI awards recipient for Business Associations, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Professional Responsibility. Mrs. McGraw was awarded the Pro Bono Populi award, which is given to law students who perform over one hundred hours of pro bono work while in law school. Mrs. McGraw was a member of the Presidential Scholar’s Program with MUSC. This program allowed her to work alongside students from various Colleges at MUSC on multiple projects focusing on combating the opioid epidemic. She was also a member of Phi Delt Phi and served on their academic board.

Mrs. McGraw practices in the Charleston office in the litigation division. Her practice is primarily focused on handling collection of debts, contested foreclosures, and other real property related litigation. This includes representing homeowners’ associations, condominium associations, and other property regimes.
