Danielle Bennett

Associate/Charleston, South Carolina

Ms. Bennett practices in the Firm’s real estate division, primarily focusing on residential real estate transactions and refinances.

Danielle was born in Giessen, Germany and moved frequently during her parents’ tenure in the U.S. Army. She was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2017.

Ms. Bennett graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and an associate degree in Science in 2013 and then earned her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2016. In law school, Ms. Bennett served as Vice Chair of Education for the School of Law Honor Council.

Danielle joined the Finkel Law Firm in 2021. Prior to joining Finkel Law Firm, Danielle practiced law with a boutique law firm representing buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, and builders in real estate transactions.

Danielle and her husband, Dru, live in West Ashley with their son and dog. When not practicing law, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
