Residential Foreclosures

Routine foreclosure cases take approximately 120 to 180 days from the date we receive the referral to conclude.

If your loan has been referred to our firm for a foreclosure, feel free to contact our office regarding: 1) Reinstating your account and catching up on delinquent fees; 2) Paying off your account in full; 3) Loss mitigation options through your mortgage company. We cannot provide any legal advice; you must consult your own attorney.
